“Very happy with my paints and the assistance that I received from the Dunn-Edwards group, especially Abel. The prices were marginally higher than a big-box store, but I feel the quality of the paint and the service *very* much made up for it.
Will be happy to work with them in the future!”
“In general I'm not a fan of HF, but this store is pretty good. Firstly, it doesn't have that overwhelming tire fug when you walk in the door. I greatly appreciate that, as so many stores smell like a Michelin warehouse. Secondly, the staff members are all pleasant to deal with. Third, the store is pretty clean. No grimy floors or trashed displays. The offerings are not as vast as you might find in bigger cities, but for inexpensive tools it's a good option.”
“Although English wasn't the first language of the person kind enough to work the weekend and answer the phone, I found out they only do propane exchange, not propane refills. Please adjust the search tags to exclude refill and include exchange so that you aren't paying Google ads for bad hits and misleading people unintentionally. Thanks for working the weekend anyway!”
“Nice little store. Has a lot of stuff squirreled around. The staff is very helpful in locating items. Sometimes too helpful. I like to look at the options and read product info, and they are stuck to you like glue, nonstop talking.
Because I do all my home improvement projects on weekends, it would be nice to have it open on Sunday, even if for a few hours in the afternoon.”
“Got a Guardian Chicken Coop by Producer's Pride and Michael knocked it out of the park in loading the box into my Outback which was a huge endeavor by itself. Without Michaels proficiency with the forklift, the loading process would have been extremely difficult and my vehicle would most likely have been damaged. If you are buying anything that needs to be loaded, make sure Michael does it.”
“Excellent customer service. I took my broken outdoor spigot in to find the right replacement part for it and they pretty much rebuilt it for me without me asking. The part I needed was six dollars! Thanks, Ferguson Plumbing Supply!”

“Has been doing business there since 2005. This company ROCKS! Great customer service, fair prices, good quality materials. Thanks Ray, Jacob, Elija, Sabrina, Rubin, Phil, Randy, and Laura!”
“I purchased a new 6 burner 36" LP gas range to replace my 30 year old range for which parts are no longer available. I did the entire transaction on line with only two phone calls to their appliance department. Both times I spoke with Kim who was very knowledgable and gave me sound advice. The new one wasn't in stock but would be shipped directly to my house at no additional charge to me. I was advised of the delivery date and took Kim's recommendation for an installer. I contacted the installer and gave him the details.we agreed to keep the dialogue going via text messages. The trucking company contacted me with exact delivery information and I contacted the installer just to stay current on the project. It was agreed that they would remove the old range and take it with them. The trucking company delivered right on schedule and put the new range in my garage for safekeeping. There was no charge. I contacted the installer and we set a time to do the work. The installer showed up right on time and got straight to work. We started by unwrapping the new range to verify it's details. Next they removed the old range. After taking a door off it's hinges, they were able to get the range out of the house. They moved the new range in, did some minor work on the gas fittings, cleaned the floor and a carefully slid the new range into place. The electrical and gas hookups were tested and all seemed satisfactory. After checking the oven interior and installing the broiler drip tray, they started the oven which came on immediately. We then installed the control knobs for the range top and lit all the burners as a test, all was working perfectly. We assembled all the paperwork including shipping bills, stove manuals, etc. so that it was all in one place. The old range was then loaded into their tuck along with the packing materials from the new range. We went over the bill for the installation and agreed on everything before I paid them with a bank card. We all agreed it was a job well done and they were on their way. The installation took about an hour and a half total. The stove works perfectly and the door that had been removed to facilitate moving things had been remounted and worked as it had before. Nothing quite as satisfying as watching skilled professionals do an excellent job with no problems.”
“Jeffrey Glover at the Santa Fe Airgas store has helped us in more than one occasion to get exactly what we needed for our art welding business. Thank you Jeffrey and thank you Airgas!!!”
“Getting into the Dahl Plumbing showroom is, indeed, a trial but once there, Liz is a wonder of efficiency and good grace. She knows the products and inventory like no one else and made me a customer for life. Coincidentally, she was greeted by a couple of old customers during my visit and they treated her like a long lost relative. You can't overestimate the value of a super employee who gives it her all every day. Somebody, please review her salary. She deserves a raise!”
“Out of all of Santa Fe I can honestly tell you if you want to be around nice kind and decent people that are actually helpful and kind and courteous this is the place you want to be, there's a lot of nice people in Santa Fe I've only met a few of them, but the folks here at Big R are totally amazing and outstanding individuals,I only bought Hay here the first load of hey I got was absolutely fantastic they had magnificent grass hay, the second load of hay that I got wasn't anything to be bragged about, and I guess it's just hit and miss”
“It's nice walking into the store & the man greets you and asked how he can help. Also when there was a line a second woman opened a register, nice customer service.”
“the employees at Morrison Santa Fe know their stuff! They helped me with my new septic tank. thank u Paul for your 12 years knowledge and support. top quality assistance”

“I'm Team Lowe's and Team Home Depot. The compliment here is that I used to be only Team Home Depot. Lowe's has a better clearance section, as it's all in one place -- not spread all over.”
“Greate customer service. It's probably the best service I've ever received at one of your stores. Able, older gentlemen with a lot of knowledge. He knew exactly where everything was when asked by customers.
I was very specific as to what drill I wanted, but I couldn't find it. Able new exactly where it was at...up in the rafters. Yup, he drug the giant ladder from one aisle over to where the drill was.
Checking out, same treatment. Greeted with a smile, and sent off with "Have a wonderful day." Thanks, Home Depot!”
“Damn good experience
Started my day trying to cut keys at four different hardware stores
Fifth time was the charm. They made three keys and were smart, polite, and efficient about it
Go here first Santa Fe - it’s THE hardware store”
