Here's the deal with Lowes and getting customer service, go Early as possible because later in the afternoon I have waited and waited and tried to find anyone to help and give up and leave because I can't find staff in the afternoons say 3pm ish hour. They do pretty good other than that...

This location has really gone downhill over the last few years, not sure what happened to them. Seems they now run on a skeleton crew, always hard to find help, especially now that they lock up so many things.
