“I put in a service call to Crumbacher and Nathan came out prepared with equipment he suspected might need to be replaced and he was able to replace the old internet switch with the new one he brought. He had time left over to work on a couple other things and answer some of my odd tech questions. Very customer service orientated! Thank you.”

“Simple advice: If you want to get your T-Mobile new/revised service, just insist on seeing CAT. Seriously, I purchased 6-lines from her last week, all but one had to be transferred from ATT. Not an easy task. That woman is both extremely knowledgeable and persistent in getting it done, no matter the complexity (or ridiculousness of other carriers refusing to making it easy...even for unlocked phones).
If CAT is not available, ask for Nikki, her asst manager. Both are top drawer PROs.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they may need more staff at one time when it's busy, but the people there try their hardest to get to everyone. Also the T-Mobile cell service in Santa Fe is a million times better than Verizon. Fast and reliable all over town. I also get better service with T-Mobile in Los Alamos and Albuquerque.”
