“Bravo Cielo! Over the weekend, a couple of our neighbors brought us a gift all wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely gift bag. Our dog was doing his usual “I’m so excited” dance and trying to jump up and lick their faces. I quickly placed the gift bag on a chair and went back to grab the dog. The bag promptly fell off the chair and onto the floor. After thanking them and saying goodbye, I retrieved the bag and opened it to find a beautiful serving platter, shattered into about 8 pieces 😩. Before they left, they had mentioned that it came from the store, Cielo, on Guadalupe, in case we wanted to exchange it. Today, I went to Cielo with the 8 broken pieces in the lovely bag expecting to buy a new one to preserve the spirit of the gift. The very nice woman at Cielo looked at it and said “That’s our fault for not wrapping it in bubble wrap” and gave me a new one! Now, that's how you do business! That gesture just earned my business for many years to come (and my praise on Google Reviews). So, again, I say - Bravo Cielo!”
