The young man I spike to initially was very helpful and provided the info I needed. When my husband and I returned with the two boxes to ship..large, 40-50lb and quite gangly not only was the young lady at the counter helpful, she even helped lift the one item into its box and helped my husband put it on the scale. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. She is a very big asset to your company!!!”
