Recently remodeled, very efficient and friendly staff. Helpful with Amazon returns, walked me thru the email process for printing labels and packaging. Easy drop off shredding.

Location is ok, usually not to crowded. But I have gone there a few times and they are closed during hours they are supposed to be open. Wish they would communicate these closures better to avoid wasted trips. Or better yet be open during your listed store hours.
