Location is ok, usually not to crowded. But I have gone there a few times and they are closed during hours they are supposed to be open. Wish they would communicate these closures better to avoid wasted trips. Or better yet be open during your listed store hours.

Received specific instructions from my company to drop off item to be shipped with a provided QR code, and that UPS would box this. This UPS location refused to take item. Coworker had no issues with another UPS store, which I told them. I ended up going to the one on Zafarano; no issues there.
