Not an easy task. That woman is both extremely knowledgeable and persistent in getting it done, no matter the complexity (or ridiculousness of other carriers refusing to making it easy...even for unlocked phones).

She welcomed my mother and I into the store as soon as we walked through the door. She had a very friendly and welcoming smile on her face throughout the entire interaction! She was kind , knowledgeable, efficient, very accommodating, patient and most of all she was honest and did everything that she could to make sure that I left with the most affordable plan while also ensuring that I understood exactly what I was getting, what my charges were and what my monthly payment will be in the future. Also the T-Mobile cell service in Santa Fe is a million times better than Verizon. Fast and reliable all over town. I also get better service with T-Mobile in Los Alamos and Albuquerque.”
