Motel 6 Santa Fe, NM, offers a basic yet clean and budget-friendly accommodation option. Guests appreciate the tidy rooms and the helpfulness of the staff, which includes a friendly owner. Many find the location convenient, being close to downtown, and feel safe during their stay. However, some reviews mention issues such as incorrect reservations, a non-functioning swimming pool, and unexpected charges on credit cards, which led to frustration for some guests. The rooms are described as simple and small, with limited amenities, including no shampoo and only one bar of soap. While some rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave, others do not, and there are complaints about air conditioning and TV accessibility. The motel is considered a suitable choice for one-night stays, but guests with specific needs, such as wheelchair access, may encounter challenges. Overall, Motel 6 Santa Fe is recognized for its affordability and cleanliness, making it a decent option for travelers seeking a place to rest without many frills.
When making and paying my NON refundable room. I asked for a first floor room due to disabilities. After checking in was told no first floor rooms, and given 2nd floor. No elevator. Just stairs

It was good but when we checked in our reservation was wrong. We were also looking forward to the swimming pool and it was out of service. A small detail they could had mentioned. Then when we got home a 100$ charge was put on our card! Called back and they gave us the run around! Last time we boom with them!
