“I just had the best customer service experience with Clint and Zack at Mortenson’s Silver and Saddles. Bought my first saddle and will be back to get another one I’m looking at soon. This was the most friendly place I have been in a very long time. The assortment of used tack and saddles is off the chain. I even got to meet Clyde the buffalo from Yellowstone. “This was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, EZ was amazing. He taught us the basics quickly and efficiently. We were catching fish right away for most of the day. The stream he picked was both beautiful and barren of people. I would highly recommend to anyone. “this is a great climbing gym for kids: there is a area with lots of bouldering options for them: diverse challenges and a bunch of auto belays in the same area. my 4, 6 and 9 year olds were all able to climb at their levels with lots of options and i could easily supervise all of them.”

“My daughters and I popped into this Famous Footwear on President's Day, 2024. While my girls found some styles that they liked, they didn't have the sizes available. That's the main reason we knocked a star off. It was mostly organized, but there were some shoes misplaced. We picked up a few pairs for my growing grade schoolers. Also, I was sold on the BOGO Adidas sock promo because they were thick and ankle-cut. Highly recommend that you join their "Famously You Rewards" program especially if you have a family. It's free. Members currently are offered "$5 reward cash for every 100 points" plus they get free shipping with no minimum purchase. It's located in a nice plaza in Santa Fe, NM with plenty of parking, but the spaces are tight.”

“Big R in Santa Fe is a very well stocked, well run store. The general manager I have dealt with for large purchases, Grady, is exceptional to work with. He is professional, works hard, and makes things happen to get what you need in the time you need it. I can't speak highly enough about how lucky Santa Fe Big R is to have Grady working there.”

“I cannot for the life of me figure out why this shop has so many negative reviews. I avoided going here at first because of all the negative reviews, but I can genuinely say this shop is by far the best out of the three I visited shopping around for boots. I came in to get fitted for a pair of snowboarding boots, and was honestly blown away by the attention to detail and how knowledgeable the staff was. They not only took the time to measure and adjust my boots in a ton of different ways, but also explained what they were doing in each step and checked in to see what I was looking for in a boot. The boots themselves are awesome and by far the most comfortable I've ever worn (mainly due to the fitting and molding process they do). The guy helping me out (ask for Austin, he was awesome), even went above and beyond in answering questions about the process and helping me set my new board and bindings up. This review went long, but overall a quality shop with kind, knowledgeable employees. TLDR: great shop, quality merchandise, and superb staff. The people complaining about appointments or prices for the fittings must not have actually gotten work done here, cause it's 1000% worth it.”
