“I have been using Big O Tires for quite some time and I continually go back because of the great customer service that they give!! Jason had helped me before and the other day when I had to have service done, he came through with flying colors !! He's definitely an asset to the company!!”
“I met Henry when I was driving for the movies and they were fixing all of the Teamster trucks. The service and price is just excellent. They have completely won my business for years now.”
“Can't say enough positive about this place. Blown away by the great customer service, the positive attitude of the employees as well as the knowledge. No more going to the other guys for tires and service. GILLS Point has my business from here on out, as well as getting my recommendation to family, friends and colleagues.”
“This place has fixed a few tires for us over the years. Best place in town, fast and most affordable prices by a mile, I recommend them to everyone. A tow truck guy recommended them to me first and I’m glad he did.”
“Garcia Tire in Santa Fe is great! Is was having problems with my rubber valve stems on the tires of my RV. I went to Garcia Tire around noon on a Friday, talked with Lee, and within a half hour, I was heading back to my RV at Santa Fe Skies RV Park with a mobile tire tech following me! Within two hours, all six of my tires on the ground plus the spare had metal valve stems! Edgar, the mobile tech, was amazing! I highly recommend Garcia Tire for all tire needs, especially if you are an RVer!”
“We ran into car trouble in the middle of a road trip. We were told the car could be looked at the same day and we received a call with a quote within a few hours. The price was more than fair and the repair was done in less than 24 hours for less than quoted. The rest of the road trip went smoothly.
Thank you to everyone at Alex Safety Lane. We cannot recommend you highly enough.”
“The shop looks kind of haphazard, but one of the guys directed me in as I pulled up and asked in Spanish the problem. We spoke spanish as I explained I had a flat. Even though Discount Tire said the flat was not repairable, this guy fixed it and got it on my vehicle in about 15 minutes. Charge was only $30.”
“Very professional and fast. Thank you so much after 3 alignments with other people we finally found one that does the job right. The Alignment Shop is very professional b”
“The folks burst out the front door immediately handling customers issues exactly at opening time! They also handled a long air check line at exactly the same time getting customers immediately on their way. Bravo!”
“Took my car for repair after a slow tire leak. Was told I needed a 339.00 tire. I left and took it to Discount Tire. They told me tire could indeed be repaired and ultimately charged me nothing. I love this place and its service people!!! Can't say enough. Im still in disbelief. Special thanks go to Michael at Discount Tires.”
“Service department does a great job with explaining the work needed and the cost.Shoutout to service advisor Gabe, he was really helpful with my Subaru’s issues. Good work !”
“My car started dropping antifreeze. I had taken it to amigo tire. They did the work and it was the water pump and and a radiator that I replaced. It started to leak again. I took it back to see what the problem was. It was the water pump they replaced. So it was under warranty. It's been almost 2 weeks since I heard anything from them. They said it was under warranty. But they have not contacted me to set up a appointment or even contact me to keep me updated. I am so hurt because I have been taking them my vehicle for over a year now. .”
“Great places to get your tires patched. Everybody else in Santa Fe including performance tire will only repair a flat if the nail or screw is directly in the center of the tire. These guys won’t patch a side wall but they understand what can be fixed and what can’t. I will be back here to buy new tires. Prices are more than fare. They don’t hustle you they are friendly courteous and professional. Today I learned that there are still great people in this world.”
“New reviewEdit: The manager of this garage called me today and apologized for what happened. He asked me to give them another chance. Because forgiveness is important I did. I arrived for my new appointment and they got right to work on my car. Seems like they did a great job so I am changing my rating based on this new experience. Thank youOld grumpy reviewI made an appointment for 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:40pm and checked in. After my car had been sitting in the garage with the hood up for an hour and a half I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be. He got nervous and went into the garage to "ask". He walked into the garage checked on my car. Grabbed an impact wrench and removed my tire. They hadn't even started working on my car. I asked him why they wasted my day and told him to give me my car back. There have got to be better garages in Santa Fe than this. Don't waste your whole day on this place.”
“Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me back on the road quickly. Luis helped me find the right tires at a fair price, and the installation was fast and professional. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone needing tires or any service.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this Firestone They are more than fair in there pricing and very honest . As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about fixing my car I trust them highly recommend there services...”
“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM”
