“Ian and Teresa are overall quite friendly. Teresa was very helpful with scheduling, and had knowledge about searching through some BMW database records and light troubleshooting. She was right to ask whether the battery was original.
Ian: He provided a diagnosis with many printed pages. Ultimately, I replaced the battery on my own which fixed the issue, but he didn't actually recommend, as the battery didn't test poorly. However, I will go back again. I didn't spend a lot of money, and they actually let me jump the schedule a week earlier, due to my own misunderstanding. A good shop.”

“Actions speak louder than words. The folks here are stand-up people. I had a new alert on a push-start car. None of my old tricks worked. I gave up and called FAST auto mechanics to ask if they could take in a Honda if I could get it towed there. They could have let me spend money on a tow and could have charged me to diagnose the problem. Instead they walked me through a few steps that got me running again. Thank goodness for service people like that!”
