“I visited this location on December 31st 2025. My mom had purchased some license plate screws from a competitor store. Those screws did not work with her vehicle. I came to O’Reilly to purchase some screws that would fit. Upon my entrance to the store James greeted me and asked what I needed. I told him and he guided me to the aisle. I saw similar screw kits to the one my mom had purchased elsewhere. I explained this to James and he helped get me the right kind after looking at the plate and vehicle. Lucious helped me complete my purchase at the register and was really personable. Both provided me excellent customer service. James educated me on the type of screw/bracket my mom’s vehicle needed moving forward. Thank you James and Lucious!”

“Today could’ve been a really stressful day.I had a flat tire while out with my 4-year-old and pulled into this store hoping to just grab a can of Fix-a-Flat. I had no idea how to use it and was feeling overwhelmed. That’s when Brenda stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t just point me in the right direction. She personally helped with the tire and showed genuine care.
Her coworker, Andrew, also came out and made sure everything was secure so I could drive safely. It was clear they both went out of their way, even though it wasn’t technically part of their job.
I’m extremely thankful for their kindness, patience, and incredible customer service. What they did meant more than they know—especially with a little one in tow. Thank you, Brenda and Andrew! I won’t forget your help today. ?”
