“Exceptional Customer Service – Isaias
I would like to take a moment to recognize Isaias at the O’Reilly Auto Parts location on Zaragoza for providing truly exceptional customer service.
After a very long day at work, I discovered that my truck would not start. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get it running and immediately drove to O’Reilly’s. When I arrived, Isaias assisted me without hesitation. He performed a battery test and explained that my battery needed to be replaced.
I asked if he was able to replace it for me, and without hesitation, he simply said, “Yes, I can do that for you.” He proceeded to replace the battery with professionalism, efficiency, and an incredibly positive attitude.
What stood out to me most was not only that he helped me, but how he helped me. Isaias was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely happy to assist. He went above and beyond what I expected and made what could have been a very stressful end to a long day a much easier experience.
As someone who is also a director of an establishment, I recognize the tremendous value of exceptional customer service. Employees like Isaias are exactly what businesses need more of. He represented O’Reilly’s exceptionally well, and his attitude and willingness to help truly made an impression on me.

“Went to O'Reilly's because I need a car battery. I called ahead of time and spoke to Joel. Joel was friendly on the phone said he'd be able assist me when I arrive. As soon as I got there, I told him I had just spoken to him on the phone and immediately remembered. Joel immediately assisted me, tested my alternator, starter, and car battery. The battery was the issue and Joel assisted in replacing the car battery. I never write reviews, but Joel's attitude and customer service was amazing. Joel was friendly throughout the interaction and was happy to help. Joel enjoys what he does definitely needs a raise!!! Joel is definitely an asset to O'Reilly's!!”

“Chris was such a wonderful help! My battery died after store hours & I called early morning when they opened. Chris went out of his way to come to my location, jumpstart my car, helped me get my battery out & even offered me a ride to the store to get a battery, took me back to the location where my car was at & installed my battery back in! Such an awesome person! I’m so blessed that he done all that to help me out! We need more people like him!”
“UPDATE:
After speaking to the DM and explaining what the associates had done, he made it right and honored the pricematch. The associate who was suppose to call the DM, never did. As an associate, you need to be professional and cant be afraid to ask questions, even if that means calling your manager on his day off. You represent the corporation and need to leave your emotions out of the equation. I do suggest you keep your managers and DM phone handy so incase you dont know something, they can guide you. All this could have been avoided if the associates had just made a call.
Original Post: They are no longer honoring price match as per Tyler. He stated management told them that they arent allowed to price match batteries. I had gone in there a few months before to buy the same battery and the person at the register did pricematch. I asked Tyler to call his DM and he went to the back and had another associate come help us. Never returned with the call to the DM. Would give a 0 star if it was possible due to the lack of professionalism from Tyler. Tyler also said that he could not pricematch becouse the superstart brand is not their brand and could not modify the price. Lies will only make it worse.”
“I visited this location on December 31st 2025. My mom had purchased some license plate screws from a competitor store. Those screws did not work with her vehicle. I came to O’Reilly to purchase some screws that would fit. Upon my entrance to the store James greeted me and asked what I needed. I told him and he guided me to the aisle. I saw similar screw kits to the one my mom had purchased elsewhere. I explained this to James and he helped get me the right kind after looking at the plate and vehicle. Lucious helped me complete my purchase at the register and was really personable. Both provided me excellent customer service. James educated me on the type of screw/bracket my mom’s vehicle needed moving forward. Thank you James and Lucious!”
