“This hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the guy in the next room called our room at midnight. Not hotel's fault.Nearby activities: We had fun at the Casino!”

“The attention of the staff is extraordinary, I must especially mention Ashley at the reception, who contributed enormously to making our experience as extraordinary as it was, she is helpful, attentive, helps solve problems and has a very nice approach to customers. Also mention Sergio, from Valet parking, super helpful and always looking “as if” he could help. With great initiative and good talk.Carlos, at reception, friendly and efficient.Alba, from the spa, is extraordinary, her massage is as strong or delicate as you prefer, and I am sure that however you wish, she will do an extraordinary job. He managed to relax my body and undo the knots of tension I had without putting too much pressure. Which made this an extraordinary and delicious massage. I didn't wake up the next day feeling miserable. Next time, I'll order for her!Thank you very much to everyone who made this visit so much that we even stayed one night longer than planned!Rooms: Well maintained, clean, pleasant and comfortable. The beds offer a restful and very comfortable rest, as well as the pillows.Walkability: About 10 blocks from the border and with a lot to do around.Food & drinks: At 1700 the food is only delicious, nothing spectacular and the service is very slow. The Sabor restaurant is delicious and the people are very helpful. The Saturday and Sunday buffet is spectacular. And I don't remember the lady's name, we talked about guacamole and visits from Ohio, you are very helpful and very nice.Noteworthy details: Almost everything was excellent, the only thing that failed were the 4 electric vehicle chargers they have. They are free, but when I went none of them worked. However, they helped me to be able to take the car to charge.”

“The rooms are more than good, you can say that they are excellent ? the aroma of the hallways is what smells bad like feet through the carpet, but in general it is perfect, in the rooms there is no such problem, they are very clean and tidy.Regarding the service, the waiters are friendly when they serve you, when you speak Spanish they think that you don't understand English and they start to speak badly of you and give their opinion about what you order at the bar, that is unpleasant... but in general, as a general point, it is fine. .I think the service can improve a lot and be better at treating customers without judging anything.Rooms: Good appearance and comfortable, I don't consider them luxuryFood & drinks: The salad is delicious and the chicken stripsI don't recommend tacos”

“This is actually a decent little Best Western. I have been traveling cross country and back and Best Western has been one of my go tos. Some are better than others, but I really don't have anything bad to say about this one. This is the first one I have been to that isn't enclosed. As in the others I entered through a lobby and all the rooms opened up into an indoor hallway. This one, the rooms open to an outdoor walkway. The room is very clean, quite spacious, with a good sized refrigerator (and freezer), a microwave, lounge chair, desk etc. All the things I have come to expect and enjoy from a good Best Western. The air unit works well (and it is COLD here in the desert so I really appreciate that!) A hot breakfast is available in the lobby in the morning (on par with what is served at other Best Westerns). Black out windows. Very close to a variety of restaurants, fast food, gas stations, a Walmart grocery, and Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. I was given an option on room location. I chose one in the front of the hotel so that I could keep and eye on my car. The traffic from the street is quite loud so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend as a budget friendly hotel and would definitely stay here again if in the area. ( Edit: The wi-fi here has proven to be spoty. I have had to do a guest log in almost anytime I use the internet.)”

“Polyester sheets ruined our night's sleep. Polyester sheets don't breathe and made it so hot. All I'm looking for is a good night's sleep and this hotel didn't provide it. Recent renovation of trendy gray walls, gray doors and gray drapes make the room look like a prison cell. Staff were very friendly and the location is quiet.”

“So, I'll start this out with the hotel then move forward.Hotel is great. Location is downtown, check-in and parking are not published. Parking $18 a day Valet oy with unlimited ins and outs. The lobby to check in is actually on the 5th floor, blew my mind.Rooms are clean, Texas/Southwest modern and beds are extremely comfy 8.7/10 for mattress comfort, 7.9/10 for pillow comfort (down pillows only, bad for my neck).Hotel has a restaurant downstairs and bar/bar food on the 5th floor (the Lobby). Mamacitas is amazing and has a very rustic homemade vibe to food and decor. It is a bit pricey, but high quality. The 5th floor bar/bar food area is located off of the lobby and offers plentiful selections of beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in nature and a selection of quality bar foods (Flatbread, appetizers, sandwiches etc). Seating is diverse with indoor bar, indoor sofas, indoor tables and outdoor seating with fire pits at all seating areas whether it is a table, low set conversation pit style area or one of the 3 pool bed/lounge areas. All come with a 5th floor city view and the pool adjacent so kids can enjoy themselves while parents enjoy themselves and look on from behind a pint. I willpower out that like any hotel bar, it has airport level prices. If you are wanting this type of food/drink option without kids I suggest walking a block and a half over to Un-branded Tavern where drinks and food are quality, happy hour is from 2-6 daily and it is a quiet almost speak easy vibe.Overall I give this hotel, staff and eminites a solid 9.1/10Enjoy your stay, don't be scared to leave the path and explore the local spots, El Paso is extremely welcoming.”

“If you want a quiet spot to sleep and shower while traveling, this is it.Perfect sleeping conditions - clean, quiet, cool, and dark (black out curtains.Very simple setting. Nothing fancy.Bonus! Great food and friendly staff at Penny's Diner, on the same property. We had sundaes the night we arrived, and delicious Sunrise Scrambles the next morning. You must make reservations ahead of time for the hotel rooms. Very reasonable rates.Good lighting around hotel, diner, and parking lot. Diner is open and staffed 24/7. I felt safe here.”

“I've never actually stayed here I want to hang out with some friends for a little while and for the price I guess it was pretty appropriate for the quality of room that it was”

“Great hotel, location, and friendly staff. However, breakfast was cold on Saturday and Sunday. I have stayed here many times without any issues, but this time, for some reason, the weekend kitchen staff served cold breakfast both days. Many people complained to the front desk, and apparently no attempts were made to correct the situation, so many patrons decided to eat breakfast out.”

“Location is in a quiet old neighborhood. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok. I had to let the attendant know the bread had mold on it. Other than that all is good.”

“We stayed here during a work trip and really enjoyed the hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel with a very well done lobby space. It includes a gym in the basement, bar, and restaurant attached to the hotel. The check-in had a few issues since the rooms weren’t ready upon arrival, also they didn’t have the correct paperwork for the rooms. I don’t blame the hotel for this and the manager handled us very well, she let us store our baggage until the rooms were ready. But upon checkin they did try to charge my card for the entire stay instead of the company card on file and I wasn’t greeted as a member or given the free water bottle.ROOM:The king bedroom had an interesting layout since it was converted from an old office building. The cable tv couldn’t get tnt to work so I couldn’t watch any NBA games at night. The bathroom was the biggest part of the room. But everything was clean and I had a nice little view of downtown. My issue with the bathroom was the shower door wouldn’t close all the way so the floor just turned into a swimming pool everytime I showered. Also the toilet was right in front of two windows lol, which I’ve never experienced at a hotel before.LOBBY:My favorite part of the hotel was the lobby, it featured a well stocked bar and plenty of seating areas for people to congregate. The lobby also featured plenty of games to keep parties entertained: pool table, giant jenga, basketball game, and huge connect 4. We had a ton of fun hanging out in the lobby. The hotel was in downtown and a nice walking distance from everything. We walked to Chelitos (highly recommended the food there), the El Paso Art Museum, unbranded Tavern (also ???), a corner store, and Fronterra Churros. There was also a free trolley that takes you around the city.Around 5am there was a garbage truck everyday that work everyone up on that side of the hotel. Other than that a great stay. Quiet, clean, affordable hotel to stay at.Nearby activities: Bars, art museums, convention center all walking distance.Food & drinks: There were about 20 bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Nice restaurant. The room was sparse, and the bathroom was small with no place to hang used towels or robes. Parking was convenient.”

“Nice location. The hotel is a bit old.The breakfast was very good, but it is not a buffet type. The room is very large and you have to order room cleaning separately, but it is included in the price.”

“The first room had a section of carpet cut out and smelled like reheated horse urine. The 2nd was missing a remote, the smoke detector, 2 drawers, a light bulb, and had jacked up curtains.Rooms: Terrible”
