“A hidden gem in El Paso! I was incredibly impressed by my stay at the Palace Inn Blue. The room felt updated and featured a massive, modern bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Unlike a lot of hotels in this price range, they provide excellent in-room amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Most importantly, the property feels very safe and secure, making it an excellent, worry-free place for families to stay. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options to kickstart the morning, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful throughout. It’s close to local shopping districts and plenty of restaurants. I will absolutely prioritize staying here again the next time I travel through the area with family!”

“We stayed here last weekend. The hotel was nice, modern, and clean. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service. I requested a pack-n-play for my son and it was inside our room when we arrived. The hotel is kid friendly. I don’t plan on staying anywhere else but Stanton House when I return to El Paso. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful stay at Gardner Hotel and Hostel! I stayed in a private room, and it was super comfortable and clean. The historic building is incredibly cool and has so much character. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well cared for. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. Stephanie and her team have done an amazing job preserving and maintaining this beautiful historic building while creating a welcoming place to stay. I highly recommend Gardner Hotel and Hostel, and I will definitely stay here again!”

“Please read this review for honesty, as I do NOT leave less than 5-stars regardless of a bad experience. This “extended stay” feels to be a former 50 year old apartment complex that’s been repurposed. If you’d like to watch basic cable - you can’t as the core programming including all local stations are missing. The WiFi is terrible too. On a grading percentage, 60% being Failing and 61% or higher being Passing – the grade for this place is an 81%.”

“Got in late and left early but plthere was plebty of parking and very close to the airport. There's several bars accorss the road which made for a great spot to find a bed quick. If you're already planning to fly out, check in and walk over for a good time. Only about 5 or 6 different atmospheres over there sharing a parking lot. Great way to relax from long work travel.”

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful!Everything was convenient and made for a relaxing stay. Overall quiet, pleasant atmosphere. “Hotel exceeded expectations. In town for a Sun Bowl Concert and was able to secure one night at this hotel for a decent rate. This hotel appears to have raised their rates a little because of the high demand but nothing at all like the horrible and frankly criminal rates of other less clean hotels. Front desk was a little frazzled and brusque when coming to check in I assume because of the volume of guests. But they were helpful and did allow a slightly early check in, although that may have just been luck and more a testament to the cleaning crew. Would stay here again!”

“This is now my number 3 hotel to stay in!!!! The only thing that keeps them from number 1 is the others had kitchens (suite style Hilton family hotels). Hannah, Isiah, and Mark made this a great stay. Thanks to them for making it great for my son, that's the most important thing. The breakfast was great. The pool and fitness centers were the favorites for us on this stay. I had interactions with 3 housekeepers. Those went extremely well. Again, thanks to everyone for making it a great stay.🔥🔥”

“I was skeptical about this place when I saw how close it was to the freeway. However this hotel appears to be a new build and the sound deadening works, I slept like a baby. The rooms are modern and thoughtfully arranged, there are power outlets everywhere. No breakfast included but there's a great little bar & bistro downstairs where you can find all kinds of stuff if you're pressed for time. Plenty of sit-down restaurants within an easy 10min walk. Would stay here again!”

“No issues during our stay. It was tucked away, but the overall location was close to lots of locations for food and other needs. Used the laundry facility and had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor, elevator worked fine, and the ac worked well.”

“Beds are super comfortable the AC works great they have a nice restaurant right next to it call Los pueblo they give you 10 percent off the restaurant and a free coffee and the place is clean and it doesn't have weird smells if your a driver they give you a discount great price with out having to use a 3rd party which at times it can be an inconvenience I didn't have cash for the $20 dollar deposit they let me use my drivers license as a deposit they accommodate you any way possible which is nice. I felt real safe specially being a woman and staying by myself everyone was super friendly and great vibes and energy definitely would stay again when I'm in the area. Next time I'll take pictures their laundry room is clean and the washer and dryer work great. They are bilingual they speak English and Spanish or Spanglish your choice? absolutely loved the place I'm glad I found it.”

“Comfortable, by the freeway and you don’t even get bothered by noise. Nice view of freeway and mountains ⛰ on 3rd floor. Was not able to use pool due to windy, pool not heated and under shade. Breakfast was good, has choices. Coffee freshly brewed. Came here for Western Playland. Easter 🐣 weekend.”

Breakfast was very good with omelets, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fruit, milk, juice and it's included in the price of the room. Thank you!”

The entire staff did everything to make my stay nothing but exceptional. Monday, Tuesday , and Wednesdays they serve evening meals that include beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown! The mid-century design combined with modern West Texas charm gives the entire place such a unique, stylish vibe. One of the absolute highlights was the fifth-floor rooftop area. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and grabbing craft cocktails at Circa 1963 while taking in the panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the mountains was unforgettable. I also highly recommend having breakfast or brunch at Mamacitas on-site—the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with local flair, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to valet. The location is perfect for walking to local spots around downtown, too. I will definitely be back next time I'm in El Paso!”

“The Radisson has to be the nicest hotel in El Paso! My fraternal organization met here for an event, and I was in awe of how beautiful the architecture was inside of the hotel! It reminded me of an atrium with the plants, and the pool, in the center of the hotel. The bartenders were also very pleasant, which is always a place when you visit a hotel. The close proximity to the airport makes it very convenient for travelers!”

“I just spent the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn in El Paso and it was exceptional. I chose that hotel to be close to UTEP for a big concert on Sunday night and was not disappointed. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I slept well, and the AC worked well. I used the pool Saturday and Sunday and it was perfect. No noisy guests or loud music. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.”

“The only place on the airport strip that would accommodate us at such an early hour. Small hole in the wall, but the entire building looked renovated. Its clean. Inside and outside. Parking lot was also clean. Doesnt have that hotel smell. Well lit so it felt safe. Linens were fresh. My dad is older, cant bend or walk far. Got in at 5am-6am and were able to pay cash even tho we had to pay for 2 days since check out is 11am. We paid for 2 days, but we didnt care. Theyre cheap-ish. Gent with the beard at the front desk was the best. I was dead tired and the gent at the front desk carried our bags and put the AC on. Super courteous and on top of it. The place is small and dim, but we just needed a place to crash before our 7pm flight the same day. Will be coming here again.”
