I’m here to rave about Scott at El Prado USPS.
1. He answered the direct phone right away
2. In seconds he helped me find a package I put wrong POB
3. Proactively offered to reroute pkg to the correct POB #.
4. He was accommodating & obviously cares. He likely knows most of all the PO renters and knew this long standing local.
