“Every time I order a big package they take it to the mail box and they try to put it in even though they know it won’t fit why not just say oh this package is way to big to fit in the mailbox I’ll just leave it here and take a slip that’s what would be nice so I don’t go to the post office and then they say *your package is on the road with the carrier so I don’t have to wait 2 days for my package.”

Our company had an issue with a package delivery for a customer, and Mina went above & beyond to locate the package and hold it for our customer. Her follow-through and follow-up was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Truly, my interaction with her was a delight!”

“Postal workers often get lots of grief from frustrated and impatient customers.
I’m here to rave about Scott at El Prado USPS.
1. He answered the direct phone right away
2. In seconds he helped me find a package I put wrong POB
3. Proactively offered to reroute pkg to the correct POB #.
4. He was accommodating & obviously cares. He likely knows most of all the PO renters and knew this long standing local.
