“It was my first time out here to Los Alamos and I thought I would swing by this little place. Ordered the Turkey Fig sandwich with Gouda cheese that's on sourdough bread, it was delicious!

“Thank goodness for Natural Grocers given the real disaster down the road run by Kroger's corporate shills called Smith's in Los Alamos. Yes, it costs a bit more for some things but the food is always kept fresh and is of very high quality. Shelves are always properly stocked. But the best part is paying for your goods. Never hardly a wait -- 4 checkout lanes, all assisted, and the clerks are all very pleasant people! Nothing like the mostly mandated self checkout lanes at Smith with long lines waiting to use them just so you can self bag and self checkout at poorly maintained machines. Natural Grocers is a gem. So glad we at least have this option in town given the mess that Smith's has become over the last few years. I try to give my grocery business to Natural Grocers as much as possible.”

“This is an awesome spot to get almost anything. The produce is super fresh and the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Like every place nowadays, the shelves are sometimes empty... just ask. They will go to the back and generally find the item you are looking for! They have great deals so signing up for the app is a must! I enjoy perusing through each section as they always have new arrivals and an amazing selection of trial size everything. This location has a great selection of plants and outdoor "stuff."”

“This is the full enchilada grocery and department store. The cafe inside is 10/10 on their New Mexican fare and there is a coffee shop inside also. A full liquor store nestled inside as well as an amazing deli. The produce was beautiful. Definitely the gem of Los Alamos .”

“This Smiths is like an upscale Walmart with a full department store in ouring shoes, clothes, sporting goods, liquor store plus a normal grocery store. It has the vibe of a quality King Soopers on the grocery side.”
