“5 stars to Ryan for helping me out! I ordered my coil springs from here, unfortunately they were the wrong ones as mine is the sport wagon. Ryan called vw and got my parts delivered next day. Wicked friendly staff and they have 2 cats!”

“It was a pleasure doing business with Davidson Nissan of Watertown. From start to finish it was a smooth process. Plus, everyone was friendly and pleasant which made the experience a 10/10! Shout out to Shyla! Go see her for your next vehicle!”

“This review is somewhat delayed, however I wanted to share a positive and brief review for them going out of their way during a busy season to repair and repaint an unsightly scratch I made in my new truck. I had some deadlines due to moving and they were able to meet them with no problem.”

“I went in last week to get a quote because somebody hit my left headlight and cracked it. I wanted to have the headlight replaced. I worked with Justin, who was great from the start. We looked at headlight assemblies online, and he recommended I buy the assembly on my own versus from them to save me some money, so I did just that. I followed up today to have the headlight replaced by bringing in the used assembly I had purchased on my own, and it took a little more than an hour; he was immediately able to get me in. There were a couple other things he fixed at no extra charge, and he also adjusted the headlight at no extra charge. Overall, I was met with respect, integrity, and a commitment to good service. I would highly recommend visiting this location for your fender bender, or more serious, concerns!”

“I haven't had much interaction with this dealer except that they're going to fix my sunroof. I can tell you that they were professional and understanding of what needed to be done on my car”

“I had an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The customer service here goes far beyond good—the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Not only did they finish the job well before expected, but their attention to detail was top-tier. What impressed me most, though, was their genuine empathy and flexibility. They took my personal circumstances into account without hesitation and worked with me to make everything as smooth and accommodating as possible. On top of that, they went out of their way to provide extra resources and tips to help me save money down the line. It is rare to find a business that combines high-quality work with such authentic care for its customers. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be referring Gerber to everyone.”

“I actually drove almost an hour to have my car repair here and I will do it again if needed. Andy was thorough in his assessment/explanation of my options and his prices were significantly more affordable than quotes I'd attained in Syracuse. He even buffed out some white marks on my bumper in addition to the contracted job. I was very grateful and I highly recommend him.”

“We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius Prime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly). After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday.Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us.I would drive 5 hours any time to get such a great experience. Sincerely, Anita P.”

“I have bought two trucks from Davidson and both times were great experiences as far as vehicle shopping goes. I have dealt with Jarrod Barker as a sales person and in finance. He’s been amazing in both purchases. Joseph Simoneau was my sales person on the most recent purchase, and he was great to work with as well. They are accommodating, fair, helpful, and efficient. Joey and Jarrod went above and beyond in comparison to all of my past purchases. I would not recommend any other dealership to a prospective buyer. For anyone looking to streamline a purchase and leave happy, make Davidson your first stop. I doubt you will have to make a second stop. They are better than great.”

“When in to get an appraisal on my GMC Sierra and to check out a new one. Ryan Vanepps did a great job in showing me many new trucks until I decided on which one I liked. He has a great attitude and was very knowledgeable on all questions I asked. I was in and out in no time and would like to thank him for all his help. Davidson has always treated me great for whatever I went there for. Thanks once again.”

“I did not buy my Cadillac here but went in for a a service question. I was met in the lobby by a man who was helpful and guided me to the service desk. Chris came out to help me, diagnosed my problem and had me fixed up in minutes. He genuinely cared about my situation and was polite, helpful and thorough. Very pleased.”
