“I rent from the Westwood, NJ office almost once a week for business. The entire staff in Westwood is always friendly helpful and accomidating all the time. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

“So the staff is Great, I always rent from this location because Katie and the other are helpful and accommodating. They all have great personalities. The cars are always sitting at a good price.
I personally use it as my personal car has very high mileage and isn't as reliable as it could be but for a truck to have 280K miles it is just enough for farting around town.
I rent when I take my son and his friends to sporting events because no one wants to put other people's children in danger and God forbid I break down on the GWB.... I know that the Cars I rent from this location I am in a reliable well priced car for a day or two and check-in and out are always quick with Katie and her Crew...

“MAKE SURE TO READ THIS!!!!
I was very hesitate on booking with Budget when I went on a business trip over the weekend due to the horrible reviews. So I decided to not book and went to the front desk when I arrived. Unfortunately they didn’t have any cars so I ended up booking with hertz. But it doesn’t end there.
For my flight back home, it ended up getting canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport. I was able to find a flight back home from Charlotte so I ended up booking the flight and went quickly to the rental desk. I went straight to the Budget desk because I know they have the lowest rates and I spoke to Austin. I asked him if he had any cars that I can take to the Charlotte airport and he said they had many. He allowed me to book online to get a better rate and even upgraded me at no cost from a coupe to a suv. I was able to get to Charlotte within 70 minutes and to my surprise I was only charged for the hourly rate, instead of the daily rate, a significantly lower cost.
All the negative reviews are due to no cars or no one at the front desk. The airport just moved all the rental agencies to one central location and all of the agencies have a lot more cars. So hopefully those issues have been resolved.
Also word of advice, don’t use a third party company to book your rental. Just book it straight online on the agency’s website. It’s the lowest price and will ensure you will get a car.

“Though I’m not a huge fan of Avis, I have to give a shout out to customer service rep Rud. He was so nice and courteous - and when he saw how distressed I was that my charger wasn’t working in the car, he lent me an adapter. Really kind. Avis is lucky to have someone like him behind their desk and interfacing with customers.”

He is usually there by himself and he hands the rush inside his store very well (I came prior day of pick up to ask questions) Day of pick up I was in and out of the store within five minutes. He is someone you want to keep inside any of your hertz building, so make sure you are giving him the support he needs to do well.”
