“It is not easy to get in given that the parking lot on a Sunday was beyond full, and to make it even better there were people and vehicles going in every direction. An accident waiting to happen. They apparently have a parking structure as well but I saw no signs nor evidence of it.
That being said the store has an amazing selection of kosher foods. Deli, meat and fish departments, bakery, sushi, it just goes on and on. Was able to get some things that we could not find anywhere else, e.g. farmer cheese in multiple sizes from multiple different dairies, frozen gefilte fish, again many types and brands, great onion pockets and challah rolls, etc. The store was extremely crowded and difficult to navigate but overall wonderful to see such a selection of foods of my heritage.”

“I go here mostly for the prepared foods. They are delicious and nicely packaged to use right away or freeze. The marinated chicken cutlets are a favorite along with too many things to list here. It is a little pricey, but worth it for me to have something ready to go for dinner quickly. The store is clean and has many self-checkout lanes and the staff are friendly.”
“Because of the deli department Hatzlucha Supermarket. They have fresh and delicious Sandwiches, for example, I just love their turkey roll sandwiches. Surprise sushi bar in the back! I tried to order in store but they had so many orders I had to call in! Sushi was very fresh and delicious, big portions of fish for the nigiri! definitely will be ordering again ? ありがとう!”

“I have lived here and shopped at ShopRite of Pearl River (twice a week at minimum) for over 30 years. I had an unpleasant experience today at self checkout over an item that scanned incorrectly. It was minor really but the attitudes of the self checkout team member and the front end manager, whom I have never seen before (I will assume he is new), were, to me, major. ShopRite...your loyal customers are not there to steal, get reproached, or have precious time wasted. Stop and correct the bad behavior now before shopping at Stop and Shop looks like the better experience!!!
I want to post this long overdue update...giving it Five Stars. One of the Shop Rite managers called me to express concern and discuss my experience. He assured me that my experience, as well as appropriate protocol, had been discussed with staff. I very much appreciate the call, the concern and the follow-up. Love my Shop Rite of Pearl River!”

“Really nice place to shop the lights are bright which I appreciate unlike some other stores that have dim lighting. The only thing that I probably would change is the music but other than that great experience. They have some of the nicest employees you will ever find that helped me out countless times.”
“This has a big variety of Hispanic foods. Very easy to get in and out. They have a hot deli but I've never used it. Nice produce! The ice cream freezers have sometimes had a problem of freezer burn or melting and refreezing. Check your products. My ice cream sandwiches were quite obviously thawed and refrozen. Surprisingly a lot of products for a small store. Always clean and well-stocked. Good prices.”
“Plenty of easy parking, a nice mix of big and small carts and a clean and welcoming store. Lots of pasta choices! Aisles are sometimes narrow but it seems like most people get the etiquette of not blocking. Plenty of checkout, including a good number of self checks.”

“Kilroy’s the Wonder Market. Fully stocked with dry goods, fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits and full service meat, chicken and fish. Infamous banana tree where historically news about the Borough was discussed amongst neighbors.
Plenty of free parking and plenty of handicap parking. Kilroy’s has been integral in participating in Borough activities like Menorah Lighting”

“Store is awesome. Almost all of their store brands are excellent. (My favorite is their Port Wine Cheese and their club crackers).
In general, better pricing than most stores. (Though the difference is not as much as they used to be. For example the chocolate chips used to be at least a dollar cheaper than ShopRites brand. Now it’s only about 25¢. The chocolate chips are VERY good!!! )”

“I stop at this location a few times a week, and Yanai, who I usually see working the self checkout, is always so friendly. As a person who grew up in the south and moved to NJ recently, I have greatly missed general politeness that is much less prevalent in NJ and the northeast. She always says hi, and is friendly, and it reminds me of home, where people acting like this is the norm. Also, this store is clean and organized. Thanks Yanai ?”

It's true they don't have everything, but they have all your grocery essentials, you can't beat their prices, and there are some items where I prefer the Aldi brand, (hummus, Italian bread, organic spring mix, etc) You need a quarter for a cart (returned when you return the cart).”
