Room was very spacious and modern but the phone didn’t work. Front service was not helpful. Noticed tea or coffee offered in hallway

We were in town due to a medical emergency. We reserved a room through bookings and it wasn't showing up the manager and desk staff were very busy and very professional and polite they figured out the issue with the room and made a stressful situation for our family a good experience!

Went to the NYOH Survivor's Brunch on June 9th. The food and service were excellent.
