“We chose The Works Auto Garage again for ceramic coating because they did such a great job on our previous vehicle. Excellent communication, top-quality work, and great attention to detail. We added the protective film this time as well. Highly recommend!”

“I am a Lexus sedan owner, and the folks over at Gerber Collision & Glass (3rd St Crew in Albany) are superb; from their customer service to their actual work, I am always impressed and overly satisfied with the service they give! I've been there twice already (I promise Im a decent driver) and each time they treat me with the utmost respect! They are always willing to answer any questions I may have, they give frequent updates on estimates and repairs. They were even able to get my car back BEFORE the estimated day! They take their time explaining the work they do and I've never had to go back after the repair! I definitely recommend them for all your vehicle repair needs!”

“Customer service was very good. Justin kept me up-to-date on status of claim and corrective action. I dropped off the car and picked it up the same day. The paint-less dent repair (PDR) was all I needed and it was perfect. Kudos to Justin and the repairman who did the PDR.”

“Great shop and great service especially for a not-so-savvy car owner like myself. I had an issue with my taillights and they got me in the same day. They were great about explaining the issue and the price was good (especially with the Costco discount - be sure to ask about that!). Will definitely be back for future car needs! Thank you guys!!”

“Outstanding service! I was thrilled to see Paintworx Collision Center take over the old Geist Brothers spot earlier this year, and they have exceeded all expectations. As a family-owned business, their dedication to quality and community really shines through. It is clear they take immense pride in their craft. I highly recommend supporting this local business if you need any bodywork or collision repairs!”

“Shout-out to Don (I believe that was the gentleman's name, sorry if I got it wrong!)!! My husband and I were struggling for like 2 hours trying to install a tow hitch on Saturday and just couldn’t get the last screw in. We randomly found Ensign’s on Google, and even though they were closed, Don called me back (already a hero) and gave us a tip that actually worked. SO kind and patient—we legit cheered when it finally went on ? You don’t come across people like that often. Thank you, Don!! If our cars ever need anything, we’re 100% coming here.”

“C & R Auto Sales, Chris, in particular is an amazing HONEST, dealership/repair shop, which is a huge compliment for someone to be labeled as such in his industry! Prior to having my automobile needs met by Chris, I had not encountered any auto repair person who is as professional and honest as Chris! May God continue to bless him and his business!!”

“They did a good job making my dent look like it was never there! I’m happy that they were also so affordable compared to all the other body shops I got an estimate for. I can say the customer service can be better with a more organization in scheduling when their are any changes and reaching out to customers instead of customers having to reach out to them. Within the shop could definitely be cleaner and more organization could make a customer more at ease to trust them with their car. Other than that I’m happy!”

“In November, my husband and I went to De Paula Chevrolet to get the tier fixed on our 2020 Chevrolet equinox. After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. He checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade. Dave Barry has the one checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade of a brand new 2026 Chevrolet equinox. We are grateful for Dave Barry for working with us again we were pleased with him the first time and even more so now thank you so much for all that you have done for us and your workmanship as a car dealer. You are a wonderful person with a beautiful character. We wish you nothing but the best. And also the young man that was working with you that day we can’t remember his name, but I hope that you let him know. We also appreciate him as well.”

“I've only had to contact Armory's service department 3 times and each time I've been taken care of immediately. Both Paul Cassala and Nick Miller have been great in taking care of any problems I've had. It makes it a lot easier when you you have a responsible crew to take care of you.”

“Jerome is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He worked so hard to get me the jeep I wanted! I wanted to pick it up the same day. I decided I wanted it and there was only one hour left that he had to work there and he stayed past the time he was originally supposed to stay to get me in my jeep that day! I Would recommend him to everyone!”
