“I just purchased a new 2024 GMC Canyon from Goldstein Buick GMC in Albany, NY. My sales associate was Nick Coli - I met him a few months back when I inquired about available inventory. He has a quiet, polite and professional demeanor without nagging or pressuring buyers. He had clear communication, knowledge of the model I was interested in, and was willing to assist me with various options I had questions about. Finally, a few models with the options I wanted showed up on the lot, and I was trying to decide which color. I left and told him I would think about which one. Nick took the initiative and sent me some videos of the different trucks to help me decide. This was the ultimate factor in me selecting the color I bought. :) If you are looking to purchase a Buick or GMC in the Capital Region, stop in and see Nick! “I highly recommend Hackel's garage in Albany for any VW or Audi service. They are the only shop dedicated to VW/Audi in the NY Capital District. I brought my very high mileage GTI in to have the rear main seal replaced in hopes of fixing a lean running and multiple misfire condition. Bobby Hackel worked on my car and did an excellent job. It's a very labor intensive procedure that requires transmission removal that many garages won't even do. Bobby communicated progress to me over the few days that it took and even texted me a picture of the bad seal. He returned to me a perfectly running car for a very reasonable price. I especially appreciate that Bobby was recovering from a pretty bad illness while working on my vehicle. I can't recommend this shop enough. They have been open and family run for over 50 years and eat, sleep and breath VW!”

“I have an older Heavy Duty Truck whereby a small plastic piece on the Radiator had broken.Empire had the part, which is no longer available. It was dark, 6:30 at night and Empire said “run on down here and it’s yours”. If you have a radiator issue you’ll definitely want to use Empire. Got me back on the road at night, in the winter. Thank you.”

“My husband and I purchased a car from access auto in January2025, A 2016 Hyundai Tucson we were so happy with how much help Joe the owner and John the mechanic were and the honesty was a breath of fresh air , Then we returned in march and purchased a Cadillac . We loved that there was no pushy sales and he answered all of our questions . Oh yeah and the screen to the Cadillac had a hair pin crack I hadn’t really noticed Joe had it replaced so I didn’t get stuck with a pricey problem ❤️ They are very accommodating and so glad we purchased from them and would highly recommend them to everyone .”
“So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic.
