“Had work done at Tacs body repair. Twice thought they were high. After seeing how much it cost. I fully understand why the prices were high . The work they did was impressive. I fully understand why the cost seems high but after reviewing everything they did it makes sense . You would never realize what goes into fixing even things that seem small The staff was terrific and everything was explained to me. They even did extra work to make sure everything was perfect thanks Tacs. Rich Hansen”

“I was in the middle of a long road trip when things went awry with my car. This was the closest spot nearby and I had no idea how lucky I would be to find these guys. Despite the busy time of the summer, they took a look right away. Checked the issue thoroughly to ensure it was safe to continue, made a patch to fix the problem, and explained the whole thing to me clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. I was so impressed and incredibly grateful! They were kind, thoughtful, and helped get me back on the road quickly. They saved my trip!”

“Completely trustworthy and honest. This is the only place I take my vehicles because the work is always handled in the timeframe they project, pricing seems completely fair, and there is never a sense of upselling or unnecessary recommendations.”

“I walked out to a flat tire at work. I sweated through a change to the spare and was able to get to Monro Glenmont 25 min before closing. Cristal the manager and the tech (forgot name but he was awesome) never made me feel like a jerk for showing 20 minutes before closing. Tire was plugged, put back on the car and the spare stowed back away under the car in 15 minutes. They were my saviors with a smile, highly recommend.”

“Daniel was awesome !
I’m an out of towner, came in via roadside assistance with car on flatbed, run flat blown.
Daniel was very upbeat and assured me the issues will be taken care of and he’ll have me back on road. Kudos to your dealership and Daniel !”

“I have Walmart Plus and they did great work for me. I had some leaky, unbalanced tires and TPMS (I had them install mine) and it was free because of the WP membership. TPMS if you use theirs is $30 which is a GREAT deal vs many shops. Dealers could charge $150 for this service.

I'm a car guy and they did a good job torquing the wheels - they picked a correct torque stick which comes off a board matched to the vehicle (this limits the impact), then they went around with a torque wrench and did a final torque. Anywhere you have tire service, it is a good idea for you (or them) to recheck torque after 25 miles. They said they would if I stop by, but I do it myself. They did not suggest this though. A torque wrench is inexpensive, there are even digital ones, and this gives you lots of peace of mind.

Yes, they don't answer phones so if you need service you may need to go in person to make an appointment (for flat repair) or online (for tire installation or oil change).

The fees are very reasonable. Most shops charge 25-35 to fix a flat. It is $15 if you don't have Walmart Plus.”
