They did such an amazing job from start to finish, I will never go to another body shop. The repairs were fast, excellently done, and extremely fair in price. Ali took such great care of me and made sure answer all my questions at every step along the repair process. Even when my insurance was frustrating me, Ali made me feel like it was going to be okay with his kind, calm, professional demeanor. They even detailed my car for me and helped to replace a missing side mirror cover at a price far less than a dealership had quoted me a year ago. “So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. “My husband and I purchased a car from access auto in January2025, A 2016 Hyundai Tucson we were so happy with how much help Joe the owner and John the mechanic were and the honesty was a breath of fresh air , Then we returned in march and purchased a Cadillac . We loved that there was no pushy sales and he answered all of our questions . Oh yeah and the screen to the Cadillac had a hair pin crack I hadn’t really noticed Joe had it replaced so I didn’t get stuck with a pricey problem ❤️ They are very accommodating and so glad we purchased from them and would highly recommend them to everyone .”

“In November, my husband and I went to De Paula Chevrolet to get the tier fixed on our 2020 Chevrolet equinox. After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. He checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade. Dave Barry has the one checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade of a brand new 2026 Chevrolet equinox. We are grateful for Dave Barry for working with us again we were pleased with him the first time and even more so now thank you so much for all that you have done for us and your workmanship as a car dealer. You are a wonderful person with a beautiful character. We wish you nothing but the best.
