“If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. Most importantly, they were so kind and understanding of our situation. It's almost like we became family and bonded through this hard time. The parts needed from the company were on backorder, and they could not do much other than wait. But the moment the parts arrived, the team went straight to work to ensure we didn't wait much longer than we have already. They worked with excellence, scrutiny, and professionalism. I will always recommend Red Mill.”

“I would give Khach (Pronounced "Cash") and his business 6/5 stars if I could, and that is not something I say lightly. The team was very friendly to me as a newcomer and worked with me to find a solution in my budget for a car with extensive damage. They were able to fit us in quickly and finished two days ahead of schedule at nine days of repair time. Fast repair!I had questions about some of the items in the quote and the team was able to answer them in a way I understood. There was, in fact, one standard item that should have been damaged but wasn't and Khach and his team took the time to re-examine on request and agreed to take it off the preliminary and re-evaluate once the car was more taken-apart.Lastly, Mike drove to our apartment and picked us up when it was time to retrieve the car, which was above and beyond!As far as quality of repair... it's been five days of *very* smooth sailing so far :- ) Also, not sure if the team vacuumed the car but it smelled REALLY fresh when we picked it up. I should also mention the team did a good job blending the colors - I can't tell the difference. There is some white sediment on the door that was blended but I was able to pick some of it off with my thumbnail so it will probably come off after a proper wash.If you're reading this and wondering if the repairs held up and the sediment washed off... they probably did! Otherwise I would have updated this review :-D This is the place to go.”

“Based on a recommendation I gave this shop a try. It is a busy shop, so they were only able to get me in 1 month later than other shops in the area. But it was definitely worth the wait. They offered to have me bring my car in, to see if it was drive-able for the two months. Excellent service, good communication, and they even washed my car outside and in. “Kaiser Body Shop made a stressful situation easy. There was great communication regarding part delays from the dealer and Kristen kept on them to get my parts in a reasonable time. Cary did a great job with the insurance agency so I didn't have to lift a finger regarding the amount the person's insurance was willing to pay out.Enterprise also brought me a loaner SUV to Kaiser Body Shop and picked it up from there when I was done.What looked like a little cracked piece of plastic ran almost $3k because these bumpers come in 3 different pieces. “So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic.
