“A little gesture goes a long way. My license plate fell off- and I’m a college girl so I don’t know much about how to fix it. Came to the closest auto shop and that’s when the nice gentleman working at the front desk helped me mount it back up in no time and free of charge. These are the things that make you gain a new client! You can tell the workers care for their clients and that makes an auto shop stand out. I will definitely be coming here moving forward.”

“I don’t often write reviews but I believe in giving credit where it’s due and my experience here was exceptional.
I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.
