Without fail it ceases to amaze me how long it takes to make a simple deposit with a teller. Doesn't matter what time of day or what day it is. Half the time there’s only one teller. Zero sense of urgency at this business.

Tried to make set up a account. As soon as I recieve my card they lock it up. Goto the brnach to fix it. I'm told a couple days and re set up a account. Few days later they have to investigate. Finally get it set up weeks later 2 months and I still havnt recieved my card or any notifications

Do not trust citizens bank with your money there's a reason they're getting shut down and bought out
