“Ms. Sernetta Jackson from the Guilderland Branch recently assisted me when I thought my computer was hacked. As it turns out it was not hacked this time. The reason I reached out to Ms. Jackson is because last July when I was hacked she assisted me and made sure everything on our accounts were secure. I gave her all the necessary information and she went ahead and did everything up to an including changing my checking account and ordering new checks for me. She made this process so easy for us to get through with confidence that everything was done correctly. “Was really originally going to give this branch a terrible rating because they are on the busiest road Central Ave in Colonie and they had 2 people working. 1 on the drive thru and the other inside. Well the one inside was working with a customer who was depositing 10 checks and a million single dollar bills which jammed the machine like 5 times and the other could do nothing while she was doing that. There were 5 cars piling up in drive thru so I went in and saw the chaos. Well on the drive thru there is one lane for in person and one lane for atm. Well while inside, I and everyone else was told that the atm was an in person online atm which even with deposit would go in immediately upon depositing. I was next in line and it was still getting stuck on the dollar machine, so I took my chances on the atm. Well, what do you know. The atm really did work. It’s amazing and I know a lot of customers don’t know this exists. So I’m getting that out there and this is why I’m writing this review. Thanks Pioneer for this luxury but get this out there to us somehow too.”

“I recently stopped into this branch for the first time the other day & was helped by a woman with the last name Desmond, I believe. I was locked out of my online banking account and the customer service line proved to be useless. I was told to stop into a local Key Bank branch in order to get my account unlocked. I did as instructed, but was turned away at the first branch I visited. This Key Bank, though, was the second one I went to. Stressed & on a lunch break that was almost over, Ms. Desmond helped to calm my anxieties by helping to resolve the issue effectively. She also attentively listened to my grievances about the customer service line & the Key Bank branch that I had visited prior to coming to her location. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt she really cared for the customer’s —my— satisfaction & totally understood my anxieties when it came to wanting to know what was going on with my money & my bank.
