She told me it wasn't her usual department and she was getting ready to go on break but she would find out for me, and come find me. And she did! She then went to the med.cab. section with me, found tools and a ladder, and removed the display model from the wall as it was the last one. “I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday!
