These guys know everything. Pipe, fittings, valves, obscure parts nobody has seen since 1987, they will find it, explain it, and somehow have it on the counter before you finish describing the problem. Dan and Ken don’t “provide customer service.” They perform miracles with purchase orders.
If Winsupply ever builds a Mount Rushmore, Dan and Ken better be on it. Five stars is nowhere near enough. Give these men raises, a parade, and naming rights to the building.”

“I'm writing to acknowledge the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY Home Depot Garden Center Associate Dean. In my search for extra batteries for my battery powered mower, which were kind of outdated, but this store had them. The customer service associate paged for assistance in garden and Dean arrived promptly and greeted me and assisted with help in finding the price for the batteries, which of course were so old they weren't on file, so Assistant Manager Mark went into the system and was able to sell them as a clearance item. Dean came back to check on me and that is in my opinion EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if there is an award for that it is well deserved to Dean, who in my opinion has a solid future with Home Depot, yes home office in Atlanta please take notice to the associates that keep a positive attitude, assist customers, maintain strong community values, and the integrity to go above and beyond.”
