“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).”

“Last minute rental of the flatbed truck to move a few large items of furniture/fixtures. The Schenectady location didn’t have the truck available for the day so I shot over to Albany. Terrence was awesome, above and beyond for customer service! Mike was also very pleasant upon return.”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. “I've been buying appliances solely from Greens for 5 years now. A plumber recommended them. He told me of the owner buying back an out of warranty item from an unhappy client. His reasoning was simply to keep the client happy. Their parts are all warrantied and from the manufacturer. There is a difference from the parts you get at Greens and the ones you get in the major stores such as Home Depot. Recently I purchased some appliances for a family member as a birthday surprise. On the delivery date, the weather wasn't promising but Greens made the delivery happen. Not only did they do that, they made all the efforts to keep the delivery under wraps. The icing on the cake was Greens making a huge print out birthday sign. They didn't have to do that but they did. That's why Greens is number one in my book. Family owned and operated, with genuine parts and the backing of a business who cares about its clients.”
