“I'm writing to acknowledge the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY Home Depot Garden Center Associate Dean. In my search for extra batteries for my battery powered mower, which were kind of outdated, but this store had them. The customer service associate paged for assistance in garden and Dean arrived promptly and greeted me and assisted with help in finding the price for the batteries, which of course were so old they weren't on file, so Assistant Manager Mark went into the system and was able to sell them as a clearance item. Dean came back to check on me and that is in my opinion EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if there is an award for that it is well deserved to Dean, who in my opinion has a solid future with Home Depot, yes home office in Atlanta please take notice to the associates that keep a positive attitude, assist customers, maintain strong community values, and the integrity to go above and beyond.”
“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! “I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”
