This is one of THEE best banks I've been to. The staff is awesome and friendly. The waiting times are mostly good. And you can't beat the location if you work nearby.

Scheduled an appointment to open a business line of credit at 12pm. Told the teller I was there and they said they let the person I was meeting with know. Waited in the lobby a half hour. They came out confused as to who I was. Wasted commuting and waiting time with a clearly lackadaisical bank.
