Walked in to shop spoke with Tom the store mgr. He had an open spot for my truck at 3 pm. Truck went in for both front tires
leaking air. Problem was resolved. Tom was busy, but still took the time to take care of the customers and me.

Appointment took WAY too long. I had 4 new tires installed. It took them just over 3 hrs.!! Not acceptable with people’s busy schedules. Other than that, no issues.
