I respect them for Respecting me as a customer and taking care of my car. I know its not much, but for me, it is the little things that matter. I brought my car in with a leaking tire- it needed to ne replaced. We set up an appointment for the following day.
The tires were replaced - but the technicians exchanged the tires on the wrong wheels, leaving the leaking tire and discarding the tires that had more tread life.
This was the next day. The manager and I looked for the original tires but could not find them. After bringing this to her attention the following day, she insisted that the best course of action was to install new tires at no cost to me.
This was a very frustrating and time consuming situation that she remedied quickly and fairly. I appreciated her effort to make it right!”

“Would give 6 stars if I could! I had an appt for my car’s inspection the day before a cross country trip, fully expecting all good reviews and to be ready to go since I didn’t notice or hear any issues. Turns out that wasn’t the case and I needed 4 new tires and new brakes - not an ideal situation and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. They were able to squeeze me in and get all the work done on my car the day I was leaving for my trip - and they got it done a couple hours before they thought they would, and I was able to leave earlier than planned.
I’m super grateful to Schoolhouse Auto because they saved me potentially thousands of dollars on a rental car, and they kept me safe on the road!”
