“This mechanic is #1, always professional and honest. I read reviews from other clients and mostly problems about their flat tires. The perfect solution to a flat is 50/50, if they recommend a new tire it's for your safety, so if a new tire is out of your budget roll the dice.
I have had my cars repaired here since the store was purchased from the last owner (who was also good). No problems and they stand behind their work. Thanks for the great service over the years.”

He actually will not try to cheat you like other repair shops , he told me i should take care of my ball joints and calipers before it became a bigger problem. Also 12 months, 12,0000 mile warranty on all labor at the shop. 5 years later still the only shop I go to .”

“I had a great experience with these guys. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or not but it’s gotten better. My advise give them a try and if you have to get a second opinion do so but communicate back to these guys who might be able to accommodate you. They purposely didn’t charge me for a few things so I know they aren’t out here to rip people off. But mechanics rates have gone up and when you don’t take care of your car for awhile things get worse and cost more.”

“This was a 2 star review that turned into a 5 start thanks for Erin Welch’s efforts.
I brought my car in with a leaking tire- it needed to ne replaced. We set up an appointment for the following day.
The tires were replaced - but the technicians exchanged the tires on the wrong wheels, leaving the leaking tire and discarding the tires that had more tread life.
This was the next day. The manager and I looked for the original tires but could not find them. After bringing this to her attention the following day, she insisted that the best course of action was to install new tires at no cost to me.
This was a very frustrating and time consuming situation that she remedied quickly and fairly. I appreciated her effort to make it right!”

“There's a lot of people that I owe gratitude back in the old days a lot of them taught me about Osborne Street they're good people they're not Short change the different straight answers many of the people the older folks that are no longer with me talk to me about Osborne there's people I've known on 2nd Ave all my life that are gone and there's a person I play football on 2nd Ave and Osborne when they give it to you straight versus the corporate always give them something $5 couple dollars cuz I've been going to them all my life with people they always told me take it to Osborne dealerships I know you're trying to eat but Osborne will give it to me straight since day one back in a junkyard dog Days jyd of wrestling and for the people we've lost and ladies God bless Osborne it's like the only memory of second Ave I have left”
