Everyone on staff is wonderful as well as the owners who are regularly present. It is clean and a warm happy environment. I love being able to take a look at the cameras, but don’t feel the need to watch constantly as I know he is well taken care of. They have the most adorable gift items in the retail shop!

The owner comes right to your door, so you don't have to drive back and forth to a traditional groomer and your pet is not sitting anxiously in a cage for half a day. This takes all the hassle out of the process.
Sniffs and Wiggles is a one person owner operated business, so you always get the same person/owner of the company. My dog is not the easiest to get along with, but she actually gets excited and happy when the truck rolls in to the driveway. I've been a customer for 2 years and highly recommend them.

Thank you to front desk staff for being super supportive and understanding of my first time cat mom anxiety, the nurse we met with for offering Monti one of his favorite treats and being so gentle with him and Dr. Krome for being so kind, knowledgeable and patient. He really seemed endeared with my little guy as hissy and bratty as he can be (he’ll be better socialized next time you guys see him lol). Huge thank you to everyone here, you guys are seriously the best and I’m grateful to have my little boy in such good hands!!

136 Railroad Avenue, AlbanyMy dog, an active Golden Retriever attends Camp Bow Wow daycare regularly. I left him overnight for a week for the first time. I was able to watch him every morning on the cam while visiting family in Colorado. I was impressed seeing the staff handling the dogs. Especially the personal attention they would give to the pups as they walked near staff. While he was happy to be home, I think he missed the other pups and activities! I recommend the snuggle time. Hopper loves the extra attention before bedtime.

The fact that this stores supply is from queens makes the difference. Because it isnt the italian ice you get in the super market, its the whipped light and packed full of flavor ice from NYC and theres nothing like it. If you haven't gone, do yourself a flavor and go. The staff are always kind, the flavors are always changing, and its never been anything but delicious and refreshing after a long day

Friend ordered ham, egg, cheese on Kaiser roll which was large and she said was excellent. Overall not horrible but certainly not the best I've had. Doubt I'd return but if I do I will not order a sub.
