A few more associates and patrons who don't act like the animals they keep might help keep the store from looking like madmen ran through it.
Associates are always nice, even though they look like they've been run through the wringer.

Must Love Pawz
9 Northway Lane North, LathamMy partner and I have a young, sweet, and high strong husky mix pup named Scrubby. Admittedly, our boy is confident and wants to play with every single dog even if they don’t want to.
MLP made us aware of these character traits a few weeks of bringing him there. They offered individualized play plans for him and ensured he still got all the loving and play time he needed. During this time, we also opted to do a training course through MLP to work on fine tuning his obedience, listening, and training skills.
Between the individualized play plans and the training sessions - he has improved greatly with his listening skills and has progressed back in to group play groups.
We have so much respect for MLP and all of their staff for truly caring for all of the dogs that come through the door! We recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Pedersen “brings the weather”. She always gives extra time and care to ensure that your pet is calm and secure. My son and I adore her physical techniques of holding gently and speaking with our Barley. Thank you so much for your care and love for animals. Also we love your remodel.

I don't have to get into all of the reasons here but let me tell you, this clinic is everything we were lacking everywhere else. The team is SOOOO nice and they take their time with you and your pet. They answer all of my questions and they are just genuinely nice people. The only regret I have is that I didn't know about them sooner! Take your pet here... you won't be disappointed at all!

One of them is very fearful of the vet and they always take it slow, try to keep her as comfortable as possible, and are gentle with her. Ducky and Olive have both had health issues and the team has always found a solution for them so they get right back to normal. Upstate Veterinary Specialties
152 Sparrowbush Road, LathamOur dog had a pretty scary emergency ailment. Every member of Upstate's staff made us feel that he was getting expert medical attention and really caring handling. Diagnosis and possible remedies were explained clearly and patiently. We arrived nervous wrecks but every step of the process reassured us that he was in the best hands. He's back home now, back to his old joyful self. We've since learned we have two other neighbors who visited Upstate and they are just as impressed as we are.

Staff were communicative and helpful and our new groomer Destiny did a great job on our little 15 year old rescue Coton de tulear. Our dog came home with a great haircut and relaxed and proud of her new look! We will be repeat customers. Thanks ladies!
