Last minute rental of the flatbed truck to move a few large items of furniture/fixtures. The Schenectady location didn’t have the truck available for the day so I shot over to Albany. Terrence was awesome, above and beyond for customer service! Mike was also very pleasant upon return.

After sometime trying to order a mini freezer online, I gave up and went here. Gina in the Appliance Dept. was most helpful, even though this was an online order only, and the order placed in seconds. The freezer arrived the next morning

I always have a good and frequently a great experience doing business here. My experience today was equally great. Their curbside delivery time is consistantly good, which is why i will travel to this location to get my items. The staff is always quick, helpful and courteous. It DOES make a difference. Well done!
