The vibe is absolutely the best, with friendly associates and even other customers hyping each other up. The dressing rooms have chairs for comfort and a system to keep things organized, with staff working hard to keep dresses perfectly hung and clean. However, during very busy times, such as a Saturday leading up to multiple proms, the shop can feel understaffed, leading to lines for the dressing rooms and some confusion over fitting room usage. While one experience noted a staff member was rude regarding a roped-off parent area, the overwhelming feedback highlights amazing, encouraging, and patient service that makes for a wonderful and easy shopping experience where you can find the perfect dress.
