“JCPenney has such a huge collection of dresses, truly very diverse. Especially, their wool sweaters look very aesthetic to me. In addition, the knitted skirts and shrugs are really beautiful.
Their jacket collection is excellent. Last winter, a jacket was purchased from another JCPenney outlet, and it has remained one of the most favorite and cherished clothing items to this day.The Jade by Royalty perfume has a very enchanting fragrance. Also, in my opinion, the Macy’s perfume is one of the main attractions at JCPenney.
However, I felt that some items are a bit overpriced.

“I walked in because my husband wanted to show me a shirt that he liked with no intent on buying anything for myself. To be honest being a busy working mom that barely has time to herself and after losing weight I never feel confident in clothes and try to hide myself in them. Tristan walked up with the most welcoming smile and great attitude with jeans in hand for me to try on. So I humored my husband and tried them on. Not only were the jeans a smaller size than I would have picked for myself but the stretch and comfort of them are great. Tristan also recommended some shoes that initially I didn’t buy but returned before we left the mall because I did love the way they fit and after trying on the jeans and starting to feel confident again I said why not!! The staff there are so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back. Thanks Tristan!”
