“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!

“I accidentally returned an Amazon item here using the wrong QR code. 10 minutes later, I went back and told them and the lady at the register went to the back room for 5 minutes and found my package that I had originally brought. I was very impressed with the dedication she took to find it. She came out with the package and scanned the correct QR code I had and I was correctly issued my refund. I really appreciate how helpful and nice she was as this was top tier customer service.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about the service I’ve recieved here I shipped two computers to Florida. I’ve never really shipped anything or anything this valuable for that matter. They were very nice courteous explained how everything works. I also asked them to pack The computers up for me. I’d say the only thing was the package was delayed for a few days but that’s not their fault it Happens. I received the box in Florida and man did they go above and beyond To make sure that My computers were packed safe bubble wrap, foam, packing paper, screen protectors the whole 9 yards! I am very grateful to the ladies that helped me that day. Thank you For getting my computers to me safe.”
“Earlier in the day, I had a bad experience on the other side of town at the post mailroom, which tried to charge me $10 to have a document notarized. I knew the law limits notary fees to $2. I went here, they followed the law and charged me $2, they were pleasant, and the store smells good.”

I see a lot of negative reviews and just spent some time reading through them. I don't really understand where their complaints are coming from, to the point where some of the negative reviews seem manufactured. So long as you are polite and clear about what you need, there's literally nothing you could have issue with.”
