I was having an issue with an Amazon return and wasn't sure how to proceed, but Rita took the time to help me every step of the way. She patiently explained the return process, answered all my questions, and even assisted me in communicating with Amazon to make sure everything was handled correctly. “Normally you know what to expect when going to UPS. Same experience at each one. But this one was different. I was helped by Daniel, I believe he might be the manager. He was courteous, friendly, and made the exchange feel like I was working with a friend, not that I was just another person in line. Most other UPS stores made me feel like I was on an assembly line. Wait in line, do my business, leave. But Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience personal. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The location also was a one stop shop with multiple services, like passports, mailboxes, etc, not just shipping. I definitely will use this location again, especially if I get to work with him, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent personal service.”

“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!

Store # 4992, New Rochelle, NY. The whole staff is always courteous to everyone whether the store is full of customers and very busy of if it’s one Customer. They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.
I hope that management appreciate the staff at this branch. They deserve bonuses. Their customer service is top of the line especially THOMAS.”

“I accidentally returned an Amazon item here using the wrong QR code. 10 minutes later, I went back and told them and the lady at the register went to the back room for 5 minutes and found my package that I had originally brought. I was very impressed with the dedication she took to find it. She came out with the package and scanned the correct QR code I had and I was correctly issued my refund. I really appreciate how helpful and nice she was as this was top tier customer service.”

“The staff here is amazing! They are so helpful. Whenever I come in for an Amazon return, they take care of me so fast and I am out of there in minutes. The other day one of the staff members was so patient with me with 8 returns that I made a mistake with. Instead of putting UPS drop off at this location, I put Whole Foods. He made the correction with all the returns, which took about 15 minutes. Through it all, he was patient and was so nice. I love this place!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about the service I’ve recieved here I shipped two computers to Florida. I’ve never really shipped anything or anything this valuable for that matter. They were very nice courteous explained how everything works. I also asked them to pack The computers up for me. I’d say the only thing was the package was delayed for a few days but that’s not their fault it Happens. I received the box in Florida and man did they go above and beyond To make sure that My computers were packed safe bubble wrap, foam, packing paper, screen protectors the whole 9 yards! I am very grateful to the ladies that helped me that day. Thank you For getting my computers to me safe.”

Most of the bad reviews here are from the customers/people in the area who are just difficult people or they just don’t understand how things work, I’m a regular here and have seen first hand multiple customers be difficult with the guys here when they are simply just doing their jobs, this place is great, the only thing I tell people to look out for is they can’t take UPS or Amazon QR codes and they don’t have access to FedEx Accounts there.
Other than those two things I highly recommend this place!”
