“Popped in for a visit in October 2023. The gentleman seated at the front desk (Caucasian, shaved head, looked to be late (?) 30s) was exceptionally friendly, greeted me upon my arrival as I made my way to the ATM (insert your card horizontally!), and made appropriate small talk when I approached him to talk about how responsive (and fabulous!) my HSBC USA relationship manager is. Unfortunately my relationship manager wasn't in that day, but then again, I hadn't made an appointment as this was an impromptu visit. Glad I made the slight detour in my drive from Toronto to Erie on this day to drop by this branch!”

“This Citizens Bank location is close to my house and often on my way to doing other errands. I've been a Citizens Bank customer for probably fifteen years and I've always received excellent service, this location on Sheridan Drive is no exception. This Citizens Bank has an ATM drive- thru and a banking drive thru lane. When I visited I used the banking drive thru lane. I needed to get quarters for laundry. As it turns out, you can't do coin withdrawals through the drive thru, but the representative gave such exemplary service that she offered to bring it to my car window if I drove up to the door. I was so grateful for this, because I was so tired that day, and didn't have the energy to walk in. I will be a Citizens Bank customer for life!”

“I'm in this area right now ,while my son is in an interview, so to kill time, I thought I'd take care of some business. This M&T is in a parking lot with a Tops Wegmans Dollar Tree Kohls ZoomTan A nail spa place & I forget what else. It's a nice big , clean, very warm bank inside. There was only 1 "teller" there & she seemed to have to do everything. Take care of in bank customers,as well as the drive thru. She was really nice though & fast. I would definitely come back to this bank if I'm in the area.”

“Stopped in to this bank branch to have a new debit card issued since one promised to be mailed hadn' t arrived. Teller "C" was friendly and helpful and had a new card created for me in about ten minutes. Discovered that the new card initially did not work but this was remedied by the end of the day.”
“Financial Advisors seem to be on every corner these days. Its important to find one that is good, reputable and that you enjoy working with. I think you will find that at TIAA-CREF in Buffalo. In addition to having the UB employees pension funds to manage they take private clients and the like. My experience over many years with them has been quite positive. They have a clear and solid annual review process if that's what you like. If you want to meet with them more often and make changes to your portfolio you can. They have a good client interactive website as well. All in all, if you are looking for financial advisors, you should put them on your list to consider. Easy parking in a nice office park just off Maple.”

“This morning I stopped in to this M&T because I needed a notary public. I must say I was incredibly impressed with the customer service experience. First I was greeted upon entering by a representative who was behind a plexiglass station, before the tellers or the desks. She quickly asked how I was and how they could help me. When I asked for a notary she immediately went to request one of the representatives at a desk, and told me to have a seat she would be right with me. Before I could sit, I was called to the desk of the notary. Her desk had plexiglass as well. Heidi Maziarz , the notary, was absolutely professional and efficient as well as friendly and cheerful. She quickly took care of everything and made copies for me that I needed. I must say that if I needed to open an account, that experience would be have left a very positive impression on me.”
