“Running a clinic on customer service! After dealing with an exhausting weeks-long runaround at a local dealership regarding my 2015 F-150’s transmission issues, I brought my truck to CarFix.
From the second I walked in, they actually listened to me instead of brushing me off and following some corporate SOP. They walked me through their process, explained the exact diagnostics they were running, and were completely transparent about everything. Instead of trying to upsell an expensive computer replacement like the dealer did, they dropped the transmission pan, confirmed the lead frame was the problem and replaced it efficiently.

I had heard the commercials about how easy it was to work with Glaub’s and how great the results were. I was skeptical at first, but I couldn’t have been more wrong about the entire process. Talking to Frank was like talking to an uncle — he immediately helped me relax and built my confidence in what was going to happen next.
Frank guided me through the whole process, including helping me to set up a rental car. The turnaround time from drop-off to pickup was very quick. When I went to pick up my car, I was blown away by the results. Frank made my rear bumper and trunk look as close to brand new as I could have imagined. But the service was amazing, came at 9:30, left at 10:05. Friendly lady at the desk. They clean the car before undercoating, which is probably expected but so you know if you had a doubt.
Price is not a surprise, it's as it was said and written in their desk.
I called early December and only had an appointment only early January, so don't be like me and call a lot earlier if you want it done in December.”

First time because of a battery replacement need then a week later the orginal worn out serpentine belt snapped while I was driving. Was not far from their shop so I pulled in the lot, I didn't expect him to get to it right away. Figured it would have to sit there over the weekend. Kamar had a new belt on within an hour.

Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

Odell was super helpful in guiding me along the way to make the process as efficient as possible. My insurance even missed something in the pictures for the estimate (a crack in the corner of the windshield), but as soon as I brought it to his attention, Odell was quick to help get a supplement request sent in and had the windshield replaced immediately. The work was terrific and my Jeep came out looking brand new. Hopefully, I won't need a collision shop again, but if I do, it will be In and Out Collision!”
