“The rear of my vehicle was hit in a fender bender on new years eve. The process I had going through Gerber went smoothly. The longest part of the process was waiting almost two weeks for the insurance company of the party who crashed into me to review and approve the repairs. That was not really an issue Gerber could control. Once that was cleared I finally dropped my car off. I got daily texts and was able to get my car back in less than a week. It has been a couple months since then and the work has held up nicely. It looks like nothing happened to the vehicle.”
