I made my reservation through the Enterprise app, and paid in person. Tom walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was happy throughout my rental. At drop off, I was checked out and on my way quickly.
The Enterprise app worked seamlessly with the in-branch system, which isn't always the case. My vehicle was ready, clean and in great condition when I arrived to pick it up. Even the branch itself was tidy and clean, with large windows at its storefront letting in heaps of sunlight.
