“Had an absolutely incredible experience here. The line was incredibly short on a Sunday when we picked up, maybe 4 people in front of us. Avis had at least 20 in line waiting. We were given our keys and told which space. The car was all set and ready to go.
A Hyundai Palisade with some good features, and worked really well with the exception of the Apple CarPlay not working at one point on our trip, but it started back up again.
We had to extend our rental and used the text message approach which took a while for a response, but was exceptional and easy to use. And everything had already been going exceptionally well. The car only had about 4300 miles on it.
Then, the best part and the person that will keep me a loyal Alamo renter for future vacations. Alexa was amazing in the way she interacted with every customer. I saw her handle the vehicle in front of me and their drivers and she was so kind, attentive and didn’t make it take long. Then she helped me and from start to finish was kind, caring, attentive and helped address the issue I had with the CarPlay so briefly. It took almost no time at all to get all finished and out of the airport. She was such an excellent customer service representative and an asset to this Alamo. If she desires to move into management or another role, Alamo would be incredibly fortunate to promote her. Genuinely one of the best and most natural customer service representatives I have ever met. Thanks Alexa, you made our families vacation end on such a high note.”

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”

“I never use the same car rental agency for obvious reasons, but the level of customer service at this location may make me change my patterns. I rented a very large, yet totally nondescript vehicle with more than enough room for my special cargo. This vehicle was equipped with “weather tec” floor mats that really came in handy. I highly recommend”
“This is my go to spot for rentals. I hate the air port and other spots. Bruce is always very professional greets you when you walk in…makes for a good easy experience. Can’t forget about Vinny and Frank, they also make the rental experience an easy one and have always been helpful with any problems if any. The young man who cleans out the cars James is also very nice. The Whole Main Street team is awsome. Iv seen reviews of people saying they are rude I’m sure it was definitely the customer who was rude. IV NEVER HAD AN ISSSUE AND IV BEEN RENTING CARS FROM THIS LOCTION OVER 10 yrs. More frequently recently and I’ll send anyone their way. You can’t be rude to people in customer service and expect customer service to not be rude back, the customer isn’t always right!”

“Without spending an absolute fortune on a room that you're probably only going to be in for a few hours before your flight from buffalo airport, this hotel has just what you need. Comfortable beds, very clean, airport shuttle and a McDonalds just across the lot to grab your coffee. Just a note that renovations were being done at this time so no complimentary breakfast was available.”
“Dollar rental exceeded my expectations, the car was very clean and smelled good. It drove very well and was easy to navigate. Had nice amenities such as heated seats and a big camera and computer for navigation. Plenty of space for my luggage and children.
One problem was the speakers would randomly shut off when I would try to use different apps on my phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it unless I turn off the vehicle and reconnected. So that was disappointing.
Besides that, the vehicle and customer service was excellent”

“Was easy to get to there was no GPS in the car and no one around At pick up to go through a few options, it might’ve had GPS but we never figured out how to use it so we had to use Maps on my phone. Sometimes it had voices activated and sometimes not I didn’t get that either but because there was two of us and one could read it while we were driving then we managed, but it would’ve been so much if there was an activated GPS in the car or CarPlay you know something like that but we never And then later, like the third or fourth day that we had the car we was reading that it was you had to pay for it $30. I didn’t mind that but no directions on how to download and that’s what it would’ve been nice at the booth at pick up.
It was an easy return. We did have to go around the airport once cause again no GPS and no real signage but we figured it out. It was an easy return once we got to the place and it was just up one elevator and walk across to the terminal that part was very very easy. We were at Niagara Falls, New York and small airport compared to others so easy to pick up and drop off, but they do need somebody to help or at least offer. Do you need any help learning any functions that would be my recommendation”
