“After bringing my 02 VW Eurovan to three other local shops for a mysterious fluid leak, (all refused to attempt to work on it) I was advised by an employee of O'Reilly's to bring it to Brown's because their mechanics are much better than most, he said.
They did a dye test and told me to drive it around and bring it back in a week which I did. The problem was a leak in the transmission which they promptly repaired and sent me on my way. It now glides from one gear to the next like a new transmission. I realize it's a 23 year old vehicle and most shops would rather not get involved for one reason or another; not this shop. Highly recommended.”

Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Outstanding experience
I had to get a rental after being rear-ended, and from the moment I walked into Enterprise, they made a stressful situation way easier. Everything was fast, smooth, and handled with care ?
They initially put me into a Hyundai Tucson, which was awesome — super comfortable, peppy, and honestly way nicer than what I expected. Since my car was in the shop for almost a month and I DoorDashed, I put a lot of miles on it, and the team was always understanding and professional about everything ??
Huge shoutout to Avery, the manager. I explained my situation — money was tight, my dad had just passed, and being able to drive something nice honestly meant more to me than I can put into words. He listened, treated me with respect, and genuinely cared ❤️
The next day the weather randomly jumped from winter to spring, and Avery called me and said, “I just got a car in and thought of you.” Turns out it was a Mustang convertible — a car they rarely even get ??
I had never driven anything like that before. The timing was wild too… my dad’s favorite car was a Mustang, and getting to drive one right after he passed meant the world to me. It was hands-down one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time ?✨
Avery trusted me, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond to make a rough chapter a little brighter. Because of that experience, I genuinely plan on owning a Mustang one day — probably a 5.0 — and naming it after my dad.

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”

“This is my go to spot for rentals. I hate the air port and other spots. Bruce is always very professional greets you when you walk in…makes for a good easy experience. Can’t forget about Vinny and Frank, they also make the rental experience an easy one and have always been helpful with any problems if any. The young man who cleans out the cars James is also very nice. The Whole Main Street team is awsome. Iv seen reviews of people saying they are rude I’m sure it was definitely the customer who was rude. IV NEVER HAD AN ISSSUE AND IV BEEN RENTING CARS FROM THIS LOCTION OVER 10 yrs. More frequently recently and I’ll send anyone their way. You can’t be rude to people in customer service and expect customer service to not be rude back, the customer isn’t always right!”

“I never use the same car rental agency for obvious reasons, but the level of customer service at this location may make me change my patterns. I rented a very large, yet totally nondescript vehicle with more than enough room for my special cargo. This vehicle was equipped with “weather tec” floor mats that really came in handy. I highly recommend”

“Without spending an absolute fortune on a room that you're probably only going to be in for a few hours before your flight from buffalo airport, this hotel has just what you need. Comfortable beds, very clean, airport shuttle and a McDonalds just across the lot to grab your coffee. Just a note that renovations were being done at this time so no complimentary breakfast was available.”

“When we arrived the counter was very busy. Staff called out for Gold Members which was a surprise and I was able to skip ahead and taken care of very quickly. What a wonderful perk! The agent was very friendly. Definitely will use Hertz again.

6/1. Update - I have reached out to Hertz regarding my bill as I neglected to look at it in our Rush. (Lesson learned) I reached out because the fee of $36 and it was more than I was told when I specifically asked if there was a charge form the car he offered. He said no. Not until I got back home did I realize there was an up charge. I didn’t check as I believed the staff member. I inquired about the charges and received a reply about the $36 3rd party charge which I am fine on paying but feel I should have been given a refund in the difference. I have inquired again and am anxious to see what their decision will be but lesson learned ! Hope they do the right thing and refund me. Stay tuned !

I was contacted by Ops Manager and she quickly responded and resolved the issue. This company definitely values its customers and it pays to reach out and be heard. Renewed faith in this company and definitely will rent from Hertz again.”

“Dollar rental exceeded my expectations, the car was very clean and smelled good. It drove very well and was easy to navigate. Had nice amenities such as heated seats and a big camera and computer for navigation. Plenty of space for my luggage and children.
One problem was the speakers would randomly shut off when I would try to use different apps on my phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it unless I turn off the vehicle and reconnected. So that was disappointing.
Besides that, the vehicle and customer service was excellent”
