I booked a Standard Elite SUV online, paid upfront, and used Fastbreak. When I arrived at the Buffalo airport, I skipped the main counter and went straight downstairs to the rental booth. The woman working the booth was absolutely awesome—incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
They didn't have a Standard Elite SUV available on the lot, so she upgraded me on the spot to a Full-Size Premium SUV—a brand-new Chevy Suburban. The vehicle was pristine and extremely clean inside and out.
