Had a Altima while my car was getting worked on they had to switch it out because the windshield washer fluid would not work.
Called ahead said the replacement would be ready. Had to wait a bit but the staff and easy swap was good.

I'm not sure what's happened within the last year staff wise but things aren't the same welcoming warm feeling,however I was able to return at a different location in niagara falls on niagara falls blvd an the gentleman who helped me I would definitely return for my future rental needs.
