I have been using the app for several years and, as a senior citizen I have been able to take care of my personal finances with ease.

Incompetent. Gave improper tax advice (I knew better ). Closed on a HELOC 6/20 and am STILL having issues with the closing nearly a month later. Got better treatment from an online bank. Skip M&T and go anywhere else.

This branch Staffs are so helpful. Nicer I just loved to go in this branch even I leave close to different M&T branch.
